Personal Training
I come to you! Work one-on-one with Personal Trainer CJ in your home, at your gym or take it outside. We are fortunate to live in such a scenic and bountiful Boot Camp course!
Rates:
- $30/ Half hour
- $50/ One hour
(group and package rates available, call for a quote)
Your first session includes a complimentary Consultation. Where you and I sit down and map out a plan of attack to reach your specific goals. Then, depending on your budget and self-motivation, you pay me as often as you need me there with you.

Sports Conditioning
What are you bringing to the team this season? Are you in the best shape you can be physically? How's your cardiorespiratory? How's your stamina? Build up your performance with a Sports Conditioning package with Trainer CJ.
Sports Conditioning for: Football, Basketball, Wrestling, Soccer, Baseball, Cross-country, Track and Field and Volleyball.
Rates are based on a per person/ per days per week basis.
